@@RPI_4 none of these zombies are going to listen to you.
I have driven RAV4, and they are good cars but way over-hyped. The problem with most people, though, is the fact that an SUV or a bigger car is like once or twice (at best thrice) in a lifetime investment for them. So, the majority of people, will go with a brand name that can be trusted, while purchasing a car. Kias or Honda's or some other brand, may have the superior spec car for the same or cheaper price but most people won't risk their once (or twice) in a lifetime investment. Would you? Especially when Toyota's already have established an unbeatable brand value...
Any other car brand and they lose about 20% of their value, the moment you drive them out of the dealership. Even the best spec-ed best priced Kia's and Honda's lose about 10-15% of their value the moment, you drive them out of a dealership. Toyota's are the only car that retain high resale value even after years.

@@ululukululu450 Hy, unfortunately resale price here in Gernany is not so grate, because of VW, BMW, Mercedes.
Toyota cars are generally good. They are driving from point A to.B but you can clearly see that the quality is going under water.

Sir, I own a 23 R4H Ltd. It's great fuel economy. However, the engine noise during acceleration is unpleasant and unrefined, especially during hard acceleration or when driving uphill. This harsh sound becomes more noticeable when the internal combustion engine is charging the hybrid battery. Sometimes, acceleration feels sluggish in stop and go conditions when the hybrid battery only have 3 bars left, it seems the system is struggling to overcome it. Either than this it's okay and fast.

While I do appreciate the reliability of Toyota's, there is no fcuking way I would want to ride a car whose technology is more than 10 years old.
So all these people saying that they will ride their Toyota's for 20 years are nuts. Technology takes quantitative leap like every 3-4 years. Compare a 2000s car with that from 2020s, and the improvements in specs are not even remotely comparable. Literally uncomparable. Even the crappiest cars of the crappiest brand from the 2020s have specs resoundingly superior to that of the best selling cars from the 2000s and even the 2010s.
A properly maintained and clean Toyota still will likely have the highest resale value amongst used cars, after 10 years, but people claiming that they will ride the same car after 15-20 years are nuts.

That's because the government printed stimulus checks and allowed a 12-month moratorium on car payments on new cars during covid to fake the economy. That's what happens when every John Doe with a 600 credit score and a minimum wage job gets a few thousand bucks. They buy cars, which are now piling up on repo lots totally destroyed because the taxpayer paid for it.

Fully loaded, title and tax included? That's a great deal then.
None of these cars are even remotely close to the prices mentioned in these review channels. A $32,000 msrp car will actually cost a buyer somewhere close $45,000.

@@ululukululu450 dealer msrp was around low $43k. So got it down about to $40k ish. Stacked the 5-6k of taxes etc. talk to 5 dealerships. The one I bought from was actually going to be the least likely one but I called back for a last chance and they gave me the best deal. Very happy with the strategy and deal done.
