You may have forgotten that in your scenario if the Steelers beat the Ravens, they have the division locked up and by Week 18, they'd probably be 11-5 and locked in at the 3 seed with nothing to play for. Then they'd rest their starters against the Bengals so the Bengals could indeed potentially win out.

Dont sleep on the falcons outside of the commanders they have a very favorable schedule if they win out vs the commanders plus the panthers and giants which is certainly doable they would have a tie breaker over the commanders for the 7 seed
