- The ultimate portal gun in Vanilla Minecraft with only two command blocks! This new version of the portal gun command creation has new mechanics and includes momentum! Jump on a portal from a high place to gain momentum and do awesome tricks.

One of my favourite projects so far (after the "The Alchemist" command of course!). It comes with less bugs and more mechanics. Hope you guys enjoyed it!

could you find a way to make the portals lay on the floor and see yourself through them? just asking cuz that would be cool.
DarthCool01 on the floor would be possible but a player is really impossible
Ideas:
1.Give the arrow no gravity
2.Create blue portals if the portal gun is in the off-hand
3.Add particles to the arrow (water-blue lava-orange)
4.Replace arrow with a snow ball (represent the ball the is shot from the Portal Gun)
5.Push the particles from the block, else they'll overlap it
6.If you didn't like the second idea, use the off hand to destroy all the portals
7.Use two Portal Guns, one for blue & orange and one for red & green (this will be better for multiplayer, because many portals for one gun is not a good idea)
8.Rotate portal horizontal when hit the floor

Good, what about a snow ball with water particles for blue and lava for orange
uh, how about the fact that the portals don't stand up, they go flat on the floor, so if the arrow lands on the Y axis of a block, it should be horizontal, vs Vertical like it is now
FireBlast there are no green and red particle effects I think

Ideas for later:
1.Give the arrow no gravity

5.Make diffrent kinds of portal guns with new crafting recipes
- One that is players only - 1 bow, 64 redstone, 16 eye of ender
- One that is mobs & players - 1 bow, 64 redstone, 16 eye of ender, 5 gunpowder, 5 bones, 5 rotten flesh, 5 ender pearls, 5 string, 5 spider eyes.
- One that is blocks - 1 bow, 5 redstone blocks, 32 eye of ender
- One that does all - 1 bow, 8 redstone blocks, 32 eye of ender, 5 gunpowder, 5 bones, 5 rotten flesh, 5 ender pearls, 5 string, 5 spider eyes.
- Easier to make portal guns that have limited portal guns

This is so awesome! I've been playing minecraft for years now and only because of you i didn't stop playing minecraft. Because of you i kept playing it because of those commands! :)
I love this so much! The addition of momentum is increwdible. I only have one issue... I want to create a portal Minecraft map. (of course, I would give credit to you.) But, it would be ruined by the fact that you can have multiple pairs of portals. I would love if that feature was removed. Although, it's still incredible.
Is there perhaps an updated version for 1.18? I keep getting an "expected whitespace" error when I paste it in.
Thank you so much for the idea of giving armor stands momentum instead of blowing up more and more powerful creepers. But seriously Mojang, allow us to give the momentum to the player too.

Only challenges to make this command any cooler is to make it so portals can be placed flat on the ground or on a roof and that existing colored portals are removed once a new one is made. So then only one set of portals can be up and so you can fly up out of a portal on the ground and down from a portal on the ceiling.
also make it so you can move your head when using "momentum"

Make upward facing portals, please!
Ideas:
1.cant generate 2 portals that have the same color
2.shift & drop the bow to remove the blue portal
3.drop the bow to remove orange portal
4.when portal lands on the ground make it vertical

Doesn't work on 1.18 (it doesn't accept the NBT data assigned to the first falling block). Is there an updated version?
On which Minecraft version DOES this work? Does it bug out if you reload the world while the portal gun is active?

omg you finally fixed the previous version of portal gun because the previous was so annoying cuz i couldnt teleport trought the portal and it wasnt working but now its even better and fixed and ready for the new minecraft 1.11 version. actually... for which version is this command?

I have a video request. Can you show us how to teleport someone somewhere? Ex. a player goes in a cave and then get's teleported to the top of a tree, or a player goes in a house without an inside and get's teleported to a bigger house. Please do this!

is this supposed to work if the chunks arent loaded? I can use the portals in the same chunk, but not if they are xxx blocks away (other chunk is unloaded). In other words, is there a distance limit? I feel like its me ..

On mcpe make a command block creation which will make elytra in mcpe like the one in mc 1.11.2 like throwing snowballs or something gives you the levitation effect!

Funny thing: Your older portal gun didn't stop your momentum if you were in a minecart.

Just a tip! Use /teleport instead of /tp so you can actually move your head around when you jump into a portal with momentum!
Crafter Bro's /tp is the same command it just takes up less characters

FPPJono no, with teleport you can still move around and also move something together with something, instead of with 2 commands teleporting it to something and then away.
tp _is not_ the same command as teleport. Don't write an uneducated comment.

How can you stop people from having multiple portals
one problem i can see with this unless theredengineer build in terminal velocity, you could go so far if yo fell from the top of the map you would soar unless there is a cap to show terminal velocity

Most of my one-commands are very old commands, they use the old command formatting which now is a lot different. That’s pretty much why.
