If you have a white background like a desk or just white paper, you could smear/drop a little bit of makeup on it in a way you like it. Then make a really good photo or scan and make the background transparent in photoshop, add some text etc, and put it as a layer over your video in what ever program you use :) hope this helps

try using a cotton pad and micellar water and then washing your face with a liquid foaming cleanser
