Unfortunately, I can't get them to sync properly but I'm learning how to avoid this in the future so I can create a cohesive, tingly experience for you! ~Use a blue light filter on your phone to help your eyes
~Take off your binder if you use one

~Drink some warm tea (watch out for caffeine)
~Make sure the temperature is just right. It makes it so much easier to sleep when it’s not too hot or too cold
~Write in a journal about your day
~Write down anything that you need to know for tomorrow
~Light a nice candle (remember to blow it out)
~💛~Things to help you sleep~💛~
~Unclench your jaw, relax your hands and face, and release your shoulders. Everything is going to be ok.
~Write in a gratitude journal. This can help you clear your mind about anything and bring out the more positive things before bed.
~Meditate. Meditating can also clear your mind so it is easier to relax.
~Decide that the day is over. Doing this gets your mind and body ready for tomorrow.
~And please stop scrolling through the comments, it’s only going to distract you and make it harder to get to sleep.

There are ones like the 3dio (the ears microphone), but instead of just ears it's an entire mannequin head. It does NOT have cameras for eyes though..

Hi, I know this is stupid, but I'm going to be honest. For me, it's about quarter to 1 at night. I've been crying for the last few hours. My laptop was already open on my bed and I was honestly feeling like giving into my depression. I saw the notification the Frivi posted and I honestly burst into tears. Watched the scalp massage first. Super heckin tingly, but there's just something about your voice. It's so soothing. We also get more of your breath sounds on this one. There's still enough of the scalp sounds here for them to be tingly. Would love to hear these two mashed up. The tingles would be mind blowing. I know you're working on getting the audio figured out.
