I actually got that message but I know how to fix it for those who need help if ur on Apple you need to go to settings and offload the app NOT DELETE offloading keeps everything so when u reinstall it everything’s the same . But when u delete it everything is gone. Anyway when you offload the app reinstall it in the AppStore and then your done if this doesn’t work then add one more step which is turning off ur Wi-Fi and turning it back on. Hope this helped!
