This is a demonstration of the Glo Brite Photoluminescent Egress Path Marking System installed in a fire training tower in Toronto. Chief Training Officer Brian Ross of the Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute explains how this technology saves lives. Not only does this system illuminate a safe pathway for occupants to safely exit in a fire with smoke filled conditions but also helps firefighters acclimate to the environment, keeping them safe when entering a burning building.
