That would be the best! Right now we have social bunny, simstagram, the followers on the get famous youtube thing, kchatting on normal phone.. whatever the simfluencers use in the carrer. Its all seperate. Its ludicrous! As if you would have no followers on your insta if you had a 100k on youtube, very unlikely
Personally I love the black touches bc it feels like the kitchen and and bathroom were already there and plain and then they moved in and put all those personal kinda crazy/fun details and colors, it's def realistic for college students (especially bc the different colors and furniture vibes give second hand as well)

That closed off wall you made in the living room - I sometimes put places like that I put them on platforms and throw SO MANY plants on those 💪 I think it's a good use of space 🌌
I also do that and put a window to see the plants, kind of like a mini greenhouse

I thought this would be a build for the custom apartment series but I’m definitely not disappointed with the end result. Now I want to make a gamer sim to live in this apartment
I wish it was as easy to decorate irl like in the sims lmao my room is bare and white cuz I’m scared to waste money to decorate and it look horrible
Idk if it will help, but you can always DIY some art on the walls with the colors you like. I brought A2 format paper in beige color (for maybe 2-3 euros) and 2 black markers (maybe 3-4 euros) and drew some flowers (just googled easy flower drawing) and put it on empty wall and even tho its cheap, i love it. hahahah

New building Idea:
There is this virtual inteligece called "Binge Image creater" in which you can write what kind of picture that you want and it "draws" it for you. I used it for a few of my last Sims Builds as Inspiration, I think it is really helpful and fun, maybe you could try it Kayla

I usually get rid of the sized-up-photo-shadow by deleting the walls where you want it to go, use the 9 key to raise them, and then kinda shove them INTO the wall (and then put the walls back). Idk if that makes sense but I hope it helps someone :)

Gorgeous apartment! Love the bedrooms, they have so much personality. I love that your cat comes up on your desk to visit and get your attention. One of the kittens I fostered a couple of years ago used to do that with me when I was watching videos or playing a game and his new owner says even after two years he still does it to her and I think it's cute.
I think it's just the right amount of LEDs, Kayla. And that empty space right at the entrance would make a great entryway closet! Just a couple of squares in and some closet clothing from the decorating pack.
Adorable! I decorate like this often for young adults that move out at the beginning, then I love it so much they end up keeping similar but little more toned down when getting a little older. I didn't remember those doors either! Thanks for that, going to use them more in the future!

Super cute apartment. I love Snap, she's so cute and she is demanding attention or she just wants to make sure she's part of the video. lol. Love the headphones. I definitely want to get some and a microphone. I've been thinking of doing podcasts and have been pricing equipment.
I've noticed lately with the sims that things that didn't have shadows when sizing up or down now have shadows! There is a spoon and fork set that you can put on the wall that now has a shadow when you scale it up!
i love this so much, makes me wish i had some expansion packs because those FAIRY LIGHTS OMG
since we have what just a couple fans for stoves with lights the led strip lights are perfect for kitchen lighting. if i have a dining room right near the kitchen it looks strange to have any other hanging lights so yeah ill use the led strips for kitchen lighting a lot lol

I had this idea.. people send in what kind of room, house, section of their house that they need decorated and you design and decorate them using the packs they have. You're a much better decorator than you think. Kinda like a room makeover but in the sims.

12:17 to size those picture up without the shadow being noticeable, you can just cover the shadow with debug items (vertical wood or a white square that’s slightly off the wall) :D orrrr, put lots of plants and storage boxes underneath :D

This is the type of apartment me and my fiancé needs! We both game but actually have kinda the same style but make it three bedrooms to make one into the game room, a bedroom for us and a bedroom me our daughter! (Our daughter is 3 and is learning to game with us😂)

I like there rooms. I probably would’ve switched the living room with the kitchen dining room area. That way you have a smaller living room but then you have a little more space for kitchen and dining.
I love that you made a cube shelf, because it makes me think of the other day when i found someone online that made your exact cube shelf into a piece of cc 😭

Oo I saw so many items I was not aware of lol, I have quite a few gamers in my legacy family spares so I think I'll move them in once they age up into this apartment, so they can carry on Yuki's legacy of being awesome gamers! 😁
I too have the Logitech G keyboard, mouse and headset, I got the lightsync one for the mouse and keyboard especially, most I've ever spent on a keyboard and mouse lol, but you do get quality from Logitech 😊Not that the offer above works for me in the UK anyway lol, but I am tempted by the teal G335 headphones but they don't appear to be available on Amazon UK either.
The Sims Logitech headset needs to be burned in a fire, it's ironic that the clutter version is the appropriate size and so are the ones you get around their necks but the ones made especially are too big lol! Someone did not look at previous items in game for size comparison lol!

I either do the Mass Effect (N7 red/black/white) swatch for everything in a room, or green. Mass Effect is my favorite other EA game.
I love this style. This is what I want my apartment to look like ( maybe with fewer LED lights) when I can afford one. Anyway, great build as always.
