Nobody gets into Bollywood or any art related field easily. It's really cut-throat. Sexual harassment of men and women is common. Politics is of high degree. I have worked corporate and worked in a small film industry -it's a dark place. I ran from there.

    Miss Nora,
Hats off. The struggles you have gone through has made. It is like a rock chiseled, it goes through pain by hard hitting bh hammer and it stays strong, metamorphosis takes place and end product is beautiful.
You are a rock nora, you are sensitive and strong at same point. I have become a true admirer of yours because the words you spoke shook me from within. I was getting goosebumps and i could imagine your hard work along the way. Yours words were like a movie and i could imagine your interaction like a scenes.
India, is male chauvinistic nation. Its true, poweful will rag the weak. Its hard. Apologies to you on behalf of my nation. We have lot lot to develop in mindset maam.
You are brilliant, matured and every word you spoke is like true lady who is a leader.
There are star kids, who cant delve so deep as you and thats the difference. They are still childish. I am so moved, kudos to you and be brave always. 👏
From outside, you are a rock and from inside you are a flower. You can relate yourself to leader jayalalitha ( former and late Chief minister of Tamil nadu).

When a victim of any kind comes up with the strenght to tell their pain we must not veil it with excuses that they occur everywhere. It occured to her in India, our India. It is our responsibility to change ourselves, to be empathetic and grow as a nation TOGETHER. Accept where we messed up, take note of our shortcomings and where we lack and yes celebrate our successes!

I beg to disagree. Yes there is struggles that everyone face during their initial years in building a career but being bullied, taunted and not being accepted, being laughed at is not the struggles that anyone needs to go through. We really need to be kinder and have patience and compassion. This is brutal really for unnecessary selfish pleasures!

U are real Nora & u are one of my favourite too...
you deserve for something much better in your life , probably Bollywood is your step stone to outreach billions of hearts out there yet you are known as an item dancer or a belly dancer all this while. People still hasn't seen your potential yet , I supposed...
If you really wish to create a greatest impact to the world , just go all the way out , break tht ceiling & create the best version of yourself instead of those mere identities just as a dancer for Bollywood etc
    All the best 👌
