Reviewing powerpoint slides and imagining the flow of the tooth development will take me 30 minutes to an hour... This video did it for me in 4 minutes concisely and clearly, and I really appreciate the time saved. Much gratitude and please keep up the good work! :)
My root canal treatment was started 17 april of 2020 and roots are not removed and there good in condition it was filled with temporary cement till now it is not removed So if I show opg x- ray to any endodontics and if there is any chance to regrow new plup-dentine complex and if possible then enamel too, means whole teeth development if possible, then it is possible to do this treatment .
Ecto = neural crest cells, derived from ectodermal germ layer. Mesenchyme = derived from mesodermal germ layer. So, ectomesenchyme originates both from ectoderm and mesodermal germ layers. Ectomesenchyme forms most of the head and neck tissues like bone , cartilage and dentin-pulp complex. To have a more in-depth understanding check out this video on early embryogenesis. ruclips.net/video/djmeBe3KCx0/видео.html
Cells of ectomesenchyme are neural crest in origin.since neural crest cells are primarily derived from ectoderm and eventually give rise to mesenchymal tissue they are called ectomesenchymal cells 4:19

Why human cannot grow third set of teeth. What is the reason behind it. Can you make a detail video on it.
As the what arises? After explaining the ectomesenchyme n basement membrane.
Can you please define ectomesenchyme?
Ecto = neural crest cells, derived from ectodermal germ layer.
Mesenchyme = derived from mesodermal germ layer.
So, ectomesenchyme originates both from ectoderm and mesodermal germ layers. Ectomesenchyme forms most of the head and neck tissues like bone , cartilage and dentin-pulp complex. To have a more in-depth understanding check out this video on early embryogenesis.
