    Can you type in a room by size as opposed to drag to size? Let's say I want a 20'6" x 14'. can I type that somewhere and then drag and drop to where I need it?

      @hvaceasymath  Год назад

      Great question!! Not to my knowledge unfortunately. That would be a great way to be more efficient in drawing the room layout. However just to double check and make sure you can send an email to Hamilton at (Mitek)Hamilton.Fishman@mii.com

    Hi I was following along with your tutorial with the demo, and I was wondering if in the paid version the other sensible load also caps at 100,000 btuh/hr? The demo, it will not go above that number. I was of course putting different numbers, but wanted to know if that's a constrain in the software?

      Thanks for your comment. That is a good question. I’m not sure if it caps at 100,000 Btu/h (8.33tons) but I will test it and see. In commercial we see this tonnages. Perhaps for bigger tonnages wrighsoft Right-CommLoad would be a better option. For a quicker answer you can email Hamilton.Fishman@mii.com. He is very helpful for software questions from wrighsoft.

    in my property sheet, I do not see interna loads or duct latent gain as an option (2024 version). I have selected F280-12 as my calculation method, could this be the reason why, and do I need those things if using F280-12?

      Thanks for your comment. Could you elaborate more on the F280-12?

      @@hvaceasymath it’s just another calculation standard that we are required to use where I live, not sure on any other specifics of it unfortunately

    Sir i have interest im hvac system designing but i am confused in where to start.
    So can you suggest some softwares which are in demand.

    • @hvaceasymath
      @hvaceasymath  Год назад

      For heat load calculations you have, Elite, Wrightsoft, load calc in the residential side. Now for commercial mainly Revit or at least AutoCAD and heat load software such as Trace 3D or carrier HAP.

    Superb 🌟
    Sir how to start freelancing/consultant work when problem is our field of construction design & drafting industry ( Mep Hvac ) there is more demand for experience people, less mentors to guide & show path specifically as it's not something which is in trend like Information technology sector & many clients prefer people with already 1 or 2 yrs of experience on projects.. what do you think should i be doing in such a situation ? How to identify the pain point of clients..Also pls suggest some best or ur favourite books to know practical tips on online money making as service providers..

      Thank you for your kind words! The great advantage of HVAC and MEP is that it’s a vast industry. Many companies are willing to train you if you stick with them for sometime. For example I have seen Johnson Controls provide a lot resources for training in HVAC controls while working (no college degree needed) or contractors willing to train you in the trade. I’m not very sure about online money making but regarding to finances there are some great RUclips channels the influence you in a great way being financially savvy. One of them is White Board Finance, or Graham Stephan.
