Love your lightgun reviews! Big help as I dove into Sinden/Gun4IR and got PC emulation sorted out. It's so awesome to see a modern day lightgun revival in 2024 😁
Your blue Namco gun sounds like it's missing the rubber ring inside which dampens the stopping plate, so it's hitting metal on metal. The top probably travels about 3mm more because of it too, maybe causing the plastics to touch and clink as well. Great video.
Still waiting for a WIRELESS gun and some feedback option that wont annoy everyone else in the house (including me) Wii Controllers & USB bar till then i guess.
We need these reviews to be without the crosshair on screen to actually test the accuracy please. The point of Lightgun is to aim and shoot, using crosshairs defeats the purpose bc it doesn’t fully give us a look into the sensors and accuracy as if we were playing in an arcade/on a crt
Genuine question about these, do any of them actually 'feel' like the old CRT guns? I've tried the Wii remote several times, a light gun for PC that emulated the mouse about a decade ago and there was some weird Namco? PS3 gun that you had to strap four things to the TV. NONE of them felt anything like the old lightguns. Where you actually felt like you were really aiming at something down the sights. I'm really looking for that feeling but worried whatever I buy just won't cut it. Any suggestions or ideas on this would be most appreciated.
I have a Sinden and a few Gun4IRs. They feel nothing like dragging a Wiimote cursor over the screen. They all track very fast and feel pretty much exactly like using a lightgun on a CRTV.
@@discoarmadillo i have an idea that this two guns are the best (sinden and Gun4IRS)... but also it @darkambience my recent experince with wiimotes and etc are horrible.

I got two Aimtraks. No recoil. And I'm happy.

Cool stuff (of course it doesn't come cheap)

Another light gun that looks like it was ripped from Mass Effect games.
Edit: @0:50

More like the gun from “The Conduit”
Can you use the RetroShooters on Pc?
