We called them, Click Clacks. The very first ones were made of a hard resin type material. They were so much fun when you got them going and tried to see how long you could do it, with clicking them up and down. Then as the years went on, they made them plastic. Can you imagine having those today? If you think about it, they could be dangerous, but then again, back in the day we didn't have seat belts, kids stood up on the seat when in the car. Kids sat in the truck bed on trips, no baby seats. I could go on and on. Those were different times and all I can say is I had a wonderful childhood.
You have great taste in things. You always show us the trendy and beautiful stuff.
I was shopping in Home Goods and the song ‘My Lovin’ by En Vogue came on… I thought about you and bet if you were there with me, we’d stop and start singing and dancing 😆🎶🎤
I remember clack balls, but I’m way older than you and the ones we had were twice that size like golf balls, made of heavy glass (that looked like the little marbles kids play) and on thick ropes. They were dangerous and my knuckles, wrists and hands were always bruised. I loved those things!
@Patty Smith I remember those too!!
The feeling glam cheetah mug was nice, I needed that blue butterfly mug tho I collect butterflies 🦋
Jessica Simpson puts out some really nice things. I love her clothes and handbags.
Because Homegood & TJ Maxx are sister stores you should take the receipt in & tell them you just brought the same chairs for a different price, they may adjust the price for you
I love all of this content , I have a shopping issue , so my husband babysits me all weekend making sure I behave myself in the retail arena , these videos keep me calm, Amazing content.
KERBANGERS!! That’s what the knocker toy is called. I grew up in Queens NY and everyone had them! Fun but dangerous too!

Girl, I, for one, appreciate you pronouncing the Spanish words. You do a great job.
I thought of those click clack balls the minute you touched them. They had such a distinct sound. So nice to see spring decor after getting 8-10" of snow in NJ today.... bring it on!!
They were called clackers and I still have mine.
You haven't had those chairs that long. You should check to see if you can get a price adjustment.

Great video, love how you took your time to show us all the stuff, have a great weekend..

I REMEMBER THE BALLS 😊
At my Marshall's yesterday they had Betsey Johnson card & keyholders for $10 each in some heart patterns (like the purse you showed) and a spring floral. But these actually had a middle section so they'd hold a lot of credit cards. They were in the wallet section next to the purses. Cute!
Clackers, I had a pink set. They were so much fun but would never be allowed today.
Lol I have the 2 small drawer to go to the big one. Found them at home for 80 for both because one was missing knob
We used to make the resin knocker balls at home
I know what your talking about My dad got me one set I use to do that all the time. I think they are called Knocker’s. ( I’m not sure).
Click Clacks
Clackers were toys popular in the late 1960s and early 1970s. In 1968, tempered glass sphere models emerged that would eventually shatter, sending glass shards into the face of the user and anyone nearby. In the early 1970s, manufacturers changed them to plastic spheres suspended on each string. Wikipedia
While I knew what the clackers were, I have no idea what that Harland is supposed to be for…just seemed a bit odd to me.
I had those two balls on a string, they stop making them because they were used as a weapon 🤭they were fun along as you didn't hit yourself with them 😊knockers I think🌺🦋

Hi which editing app do you use for your videos?
I always wonder how do people get those chairs & tables home that don’t own a pick up truck or suv with lots of room?
They will hold it for a few days, and you can come back with the proper vehicle to pick it up.
@@breeyawnahinton oh wow thanks for telling me! Now I don’t have to miss out the next time I see something I like!
