@@mikelisagor5970 Yeah, there's some nice games here, but $40 is pretty steep. Luckily, those two are available separate from the collection on the Eshop if you want it.
Big sprites probably got it noticed a little bit in the Japanese arcade market back then, plus who wouldn't at least try it because I mean...giant dinosaur/kaiju are always nice, but yeah, sadly it's not that fun to play. It's a shame. This got released during the fighting game boom too, so even then it kinda lacked compared to other fighting games.
I will stick to Taito Legends 1 and 2 for PS2. Hopefully for Milestones 3 (if there will be one) we will get a better selection of games (I am one of the few that like Solitary Fighter though). Thanks for the details. Edited: I wanted to mention that the easy interface is ok for me, since in cases like this one, I prefer to turn the console, pick a game, and just play.
Taito Legends 1 and 2 were the BEST collections on PS2 (which is pretty amazing since there were lots of good ones on there!) Love them to death, still got them. I hope they give it another crack and consider either beefing up the selection or adding some nice features. Or make a Taito legends like Quality collection for the console!

The price tag is a shame because New Zealand story looks like fun as does Liquid Kids but that’s it for me.

@@KaijuClub thank you for mentioning that!
By todays games (or those from the early 3D era) Dino does not look like all that but deep down I think that maybe Dino was mind blowing in it's time.

Dino looks cool..too bad about the game play
I was really looking forward to that one too
Why is the legend of kage music changes.
Honestly if it was a 30$ or 25$ game then yes I'd call it a must buy but 40 for this I say no it's not
Just like the first one.
Yeah, if it was priced lower it would be a much better value
