go to the new one, the bathroom in the other one was nasty and they both have good layouts. the new one I'm sure has a better gym as well and good amenities since its new. best of luck!

@@polymerce the area is JVC, can’t remember the rest of the buildings tbh lol, but keep in mind the prices are MUCH higher now and you probably won’t find something around the same price :(

Rents in Dubai are much cheaper, I wish the rents were same in Abu Dhabi. Here an Studio Apartment costs above 50,000AED.
