      +Knexkid99 Thanks! Hopefully I'll be able to do a big K'Nex model in my backyard this summer :D Got any ideas for what I should build?

    wow, that is damn beautifull. Not the content I have come to expect from your channel, but I love it! must have been a lot of work, I also really like the shots where you quickly turn to another object in the same area.

      +Tyler Huff Definitely Brady's idea... I like them though!

    Brilliant! Just wondering if you're willing to share how to do that transition made at around 0:35. The combination of 2 scenes with one pan at the same time. =D

      Thank you! That transition is pretty simple, I just did a horizontal wipe and covered it up with a fake tree in the foreground. To make the tree, I just downloaded a photo off the internet, blurred it out, and made it fly across the screen left to right. What really helps to sell the transition, though, is that the motion in both of the hyperlapses is the same. I had my robot programmed to make the same speed linear motion for both of those shots (2 inches / minute).

    Are you working on something right now? If not, maybe is a wingcoaster an interesting project?

    So you know how you build all of your knex rollercoasters, well do u take down them right after u make them to make a new one, or do u have lots and lots of knex

    • @RyanONeill13
      @RyanONeill13  7 лет назад

      Sadly I have to take them down every time I want to build a new one. K'Nex isn't cheap, and I don't have very much space to store old coaster models anyway. So pictures and videos are the only way I can preserve them!

    What Cam and how may Frames Per Sec

      +Coaster101 I shot each hyperlapse at 1 frame every 2 seconds, and played them back at 60 frames per second (120x speed). I used my Sony a6000 and a hyperlapse robot that I custom built with my NXT
