恐竜戦隊コセイドン 第18話 Dinosaur Corps Koseidon Episode 18

The series told the adventures of Goh Toki, a superhero leading a patrol who travel in time to defeat aliens who, after landing on Earth 70 million years ago, have altered the course of time. Gou's enemies include dinosaurs which are telepathically controlled by the aliens. He has the ability to stop time for 30 seconds. Koseidon is the name allowing Gou and his mates to time travel.

I always thought Jericho was the most badass of Kosieder's enemies. Koseider couldn't even beat him in pure hand-to-hand combat and sword fighting, and even with Koseider's formidable time stop ability, Jericho toyed with him in this fight.
