    ஏற்கனவே வீடு வாங்கியவர்களுக்கு வாழ்த்துக்கள் மாநில வரி அதிகமாக இருப்பதால் இனி யாரும் புதிய வீடு வாங்க மாட்டார்கள்

People having permanent job can opt for this plan. But this won't work for people work in non permanent job

There was no guaranteed return, you need minus the inflation and the sip return will be low and if the interest rate increases, these calculations will be insane. If you lose the job in the middle of the home loan journey, you must have to pay the loan interest, but sip amount is not like that. Always close the loan first

All these buggers always suggest putting money in Mutual funds which are under total risk of capital loss... No lender especially bankers will never excuse for default of loan EMI... the house will be under tremendous risk... Better to close loans faster to save interest repayment for the period lesser than original loan tenure...

This idea may not work. 12% return is not guaranteed. The better choice is reduce the home loan burden to 70% to 80% and then we can plan these kind of crazy investmemts. Otherwise both will be gone.

Not like that, we can follow as he suggested. This will work and we can get at least 10 to 11% avg return over the long period of sip. So we can use it for pre close in that time. Otherwise you would have missed this time line. There is a chance If Suppose it may give more than 12% returns if the market goes up. So any way investment is a must even if any emi is going on. This will help you after some time in your future goals.
