Darken the Slopes

In January 2021, the first Darken the Slopes program began. This collaboration between Darken the Mountains' Rebeccah Kellman and SkiBig3 was about bringing inclusion and diversity to the SkiBig3 resorts so that everyone can reap the benefits of safe outdoor spaces.

You can't just grab random people of colour and throw them down a snowy mountain. They either want to or they don't. Many white children have never gone skiing due to the cost either.
