“I feel like this is a book I could lend out to someone but wouldn’t be mad if I didn’t get it back” was SO REATEABLE OMG… maybe I should go through my shelves with that mindset 😂
I so respect that you’ve already read or tried to read the majority of the books you’re unhauling. I feel like we see so many unhauls where people have been influenced to buy a book because it was popular and they just wanted to own it and then they regret it in a year! It’s so easy to get swept up in the excitement :-)
Thank you!! I really tried to make a point of only getting rid of ones I have already read and didn’t love! Want to still give the ones I haven’t read yet a chance 😊
I haven’t read serpent and the wings of night but I’ve heard it’s worth getting through the first book just to read the novella that takes place between book 1 and 2. They are on KU if you have it though
Hi Kara, This was really fun to watch. I am just beginning to build my library, and have one book that I have only given 2 stars but can't bring myself to remove because my shelves don't have many books on them. I am very curious about four books on one of your shelves that have little houses on them. They are all in the green family, the hardback turned pages out with a beautiful scene. Would you mind telling me what they are? Thank you so much! Elizabeth
I think you are talking about the TJ Klune novels! The one with the scenery is Wolfsong and the other few are house in the cerulean sea and his other standalone novels! Absolute must reads!!
i personally LOVED the bear and the nightingale, i read it at the perfect time because all i wanted was a winter fantasy and it was so so good. i hope if you do decide to pick it up that you like it too ❄️

I just unhauled Midnight Sun too haha And a whole bunch of others. I love watching unhauls when I’m unhauling books myself. 😅
i love book unhauls, they're so satisfying and i'm glad you feel better about your shelves already!
I personally love watching people get rid of books, especially Colleen Hoover books 😂
I love flowers for algernon since grade 11 English class. It’s my favorite book

You've inspired me to unhaul some books. Thanks!
In the middle of redoing my shelves! Sometimes we just have to have a clear out!

Unhauls are self care
Omg I’m so over WWII books.
taking a brain break to binge watch some kara
the mini mic scratches my brain
‘if i loaned this and never got it back would i care’ is going to my new benchmark for unhauling books
goodbye verity you can’t sit with us
i truly hate historical fiction
