If you all who view this video and have no understanding about Jesus as the Saviour of all men under heaven, I tell you to do research about nde's about Jesus. The facts seem to be that the Lord Jesus saves all men and women under heaven who call out HIS NAME to be saved from that dark place where so many may go (outer darkness).
EricEsoteric so true..almost died of heatstroke in Thailand and called out to Him..Lord..don't let me die like a dog here..in a canyon.. A motorcycle showed up with a rider and took me out of the canyon.
Thank you, I really appreciate your attitude and your willingness to converse with me. I have no axe to grind. I know what I believe and you know what you believe. That allows us to reason together.
GOD OFFERS HIS GRACE TO ALL, BUT WE MUST CHOOSE TO ACCEPT THAT GRACE. FATHER IS THE CREATOR AND OWNER OF ALL THINGS, THERE IS NOTHING THAT EXISTS OUTSIDE OF HIM. WE ARE WELCOME TO SHARE IN ALL HIS CREATION AND LOVE FOREVER. IF WE DO NOT CHOOSE TO SHARE HIS EXISTENCE AND FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AND LOVE THEN THERE WILL BE NO PLACE FOR US EXCEPT HELL. IN HELL ONE WILL KNOW THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH, THAT GOD REAL AND YOU ARE SEPARATED FROM HIM AND HIS LOVE FOREVER. CHOOSE WISELY.
The good Dr ( he was both physician and dentist, but did not like to deliver babies, so he mostly did dentistry) was required to 'cleanse' himself and give away much of his services for ten years before receiving the inspiration for Oahspe.
Jason...:: You are already with God since He is everywhere present. You will go to heaven (the afterlife), but if you are one who treats others badly, it can get pretty dark and miserable. Otherwise, you will love being there.
Hell is I think is portrayed different for everyone. It's for those who don't accept or follow Christ. Because they don't have love and peace in their soul, and hold grudges and hatred, they will torment themselves, because everyone has a sort of "guilt sensor" in their soul.
Different people have different experiences after being 'saved'. Pearson found an answer to his concerns for the 'lost'. At least it allowed him to remain a Christian, tho no longer mainstream. He did adopt new age understanding, to which I agree. He still adheres to the gospel of Christ, just without the 'belief' requirement.
@812LJ Explanation of Luke 16:19-31 1. The Lazarus of the parable was Eliezer, Abrahams steward (Genesis 15:2). 2. He was a Gentile "of Damascus" ("a proselyte of the gate") who "ate the crumbs." 3. He was disinherited (to become a beggar) but he remained faithful to Abraham and God. 4. When this earthly life was over, he received Abrahams inheritance after all (he was in Abrahams bosom) - in "everlasting habitations." *(CONTINUED IN NEXT COMMENT BELOW)*

No problem. At least you are willing to respond to my blurbs and not just preach. Understanding is always a good thing. Pardon if I repeat myself, but my current beliefs came as a result of reading the Oahspe and the book "Antiquity Unveiled", both of which are downloadable for free. (Oahspe is almost 900 pages)
@812LJ No one said that there is no Hell just because God is not angry. As I said before, in western NDEs about 15% have painful negative experiences where app 5% are "hellish" experiences. The point that NDE research suggests is that since God is not angry, hell is a consequence rather than a punishment.
@812LJ Suit yourself. I'll leave you with this : Proverbs 18:13 He who gives an answer before he hears, It is folly and shame to him. Have a good time squabbling in darkness, without really doing any research or study. You're waiting for something that has already happened.
@812LJ This is a clear reference to judgment for Jesus says, "I know you not, depart from me ye workers of iniquity." Compare Matt 7:24. That judgment would result in the Jews being cast out of the kingdom with weeping and gnashing of teeth. The time of this judgment equals the time that the patriarchs as well as the saints from the east, west, north and south sit down or inherit the kingdom and corresponds with their resurrection. All this has already occurred in the 1st Century around 70 AD.
@812LJ Jesus said that He would come BEFORE they had gone through all the cities of Israel. He was talking to THEM, not disciples thousands of years in the future. And Paul said many times that the gospel had already been preached throughout the whole WORLD. When it says WORLD, it is talking about the Known Roman world of that time period. (NT statements that this had taken place by A.D. 70 - Acts 24:5, Rom 1:8, Luke 2:1, and Col 1:6, 23)
@SpatialVortex There are many different kinds of hells, suitable for whatever justice needs to be administered. It has nothing to do with religion, but with how you have treated other people. See the book : "A Wanderer in the Spirit Lands" (free download) for a good explanation.
@812LJ Good, so we have some agreement on how to unite free will with a God that is all Love: Hell is a consequence of free will but God does not punish because 'he' is all Love. God is not responsible nor angry about our choice of separation from 'him.'
@812LJ No you're wrong because you must line this up with Matthew 16 (Luke 9 as well) which both say this. "Matthew 16:27-28 "For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done. Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.” Unless there are 2,000 year old men running around, this was already fulfilled before some of them died.
@812LJ BY THE WAY, I already know everything you're gonna say, because I was once a Dispensational / Pre-Millennialist as well. But that view does not hold any water in face of the Scriptures true interpretation and History. If you would humble yourself, and ACTUALLY do some research and study, you'll find that all of those prophetic warnings given by Christ were fulfilled after His death on the cross, all the way up to the Roman siege on Jerusalem in 70 AD. It fits perfectly.
What is absurd to me is the bible describing a perfect God as having human failures, such as jealousy, hatred and wrath. And saying He would do a most heinous act as putting anyone in an everlasting torture chamber. That is not my idea of God.
@812LJ The Parable shows that the physical promises of God are inferior to the spiritual redemption that anyone (Jew or Gentile) can have in Christ. It's a parable about the KINGDOM, not about the afterlife. In Greek, Eliezer's name is "Lazarus," thus the reason for confusion. People are familiar with Jesus' friend "Lazarus" than they are of Abraham's gentile manger named Eliezer, much less the fact that those two names are the exact same name just originally recorded in two different languages.
@812LJ I already knew you would say that too, and YOU'RE WRONG. Matthew 16:27-28 says that He would be coming to reward every man according to their works (JUDGMENT). The last time I remember reading the day of Pentecost in the book of Acts, I don't recall Christ judging anyone? Maybe you can fill me in on that one. I already know you're going to try and say this was the Transfiguration too. But Christ neither brought Judgment (to reward every man) at the Transfiguration or Pentecost.
Many have had hell experience. Some experience a typical Christian oriented experience. Some do not. These experiences are called 'coloring', and result from anticipated or feared results from death. The light may just as well have been an angel rather than Jesus. Some people talk to relatives and have no religiously oriented experiences. What was said to him was meant for him, not necessarily for anyone else.
@812LJ That is an incorrect interpretation of those scriptures. I just explained this to someone on my face book today. Many of the parables Jesus spoke (if not all of them) were talking about what would take place on the earth, NOT THE AFTERLIFE. Jesus Christ returned (his 2nd coming) in 70 AD with the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple. That was when His Kingdom was finally established, and the old Israelite Covenant Kingdom (system) was done away with. *(READ NEXT COMMENT)*
@812LJ Matthew 24:34 Truly I tell you, THIS GENERATION (HIS GENERATION) will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. What "THINGS?" Well all of the THINGS Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24, one of which was His 2nd Coming. Back up a couple verses to verse 30. Matthew 24:30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the land will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory."
@812LJ The Bible clearly indicates the time that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were raised from the dead. Read again Matt.8:11-12, only this time consider the parallel text of Lk. 13:24-30. The context manifestly involves the period of God's longsuffering to the Jews of the 1st century (NOT FUTURE CENTURY) for when the Master rises up to shut the door, they stand knocking saying, "...Lord open unto us...we have have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets," (Lk.13:25-26).
You are to be congratulated for being willing to investigate. I already know a lot of what these people are/will be saying, because I used to be where you are now. I get the message, tho it something I no longer believe. Maybe I fit the description : gospel-hardened.
@cobden45 :: Sounds to me like you are on the right path! May I suggest my favorite book on life after death : "Life in the World Unseen". You can download it for free from the internet.
@812LJ In Matthew 8:11, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were in hades, Lk.16:22. This trio of patriarchs was yet of the number of the OT who desired the heavenly country or resurrection, (Heb.11:8-16). Having died in faith, they were yet (about A.D. 64) awaiting the promise of resurrection into the eternal kingdom, (Heb.11:39-40). Although the time was then future, it was not in the far distant future for the city for which they looked was about to come, (Heb.13:14; Rev.1:1,3; 21:2)
@812LJ I know that I'm right. I don't see how Psalm 110:1 and Christ saying that to the High Priest has anything to do with Him usurping Himself above David...? That's a new one to me. He was telling them of His 2nd coming. And your Reference to Daniel 7, the whole chapter is talking about Him establishing His Kingdom during the reign of the 4th Kingdom which was Rome! Not a future Kingdom. The Kingdom is established on the earth now. Read Luke 17:20-21.
It is a strange relationship. Tell me, when you first started your relationship, what did he look like? Dark complected? Long hair? How tall was he? Are you having a relationship with a word picture, or a figment of your imagination?
@812LJ I already saw that. You tried to divide verse 27 from 28 and they were talking about the same thing. Christ never came to judge on the day of Pentecost. Bible prophecy makes it clear in Daniel 2 and Daniel 7 that His Kingdom would be established on the earth during the reign of the final kingdom (which was the 4th Kingdom). 1. Babylon 2. Medes/Persians 3. Greeks 4th and final kingdom were the Romans. It was established during that time period of the 1st Century. He finished in 70 AD.
@jasonmildward : Jason, sounds like you have learned your lesson and you are going to be all right. Download from the internet (free) the book "Life in the World Unseen". This will give you the real info. on the afterlife.
Then that would be a failure of the part of 'Jesus' to do the job as promised, as he had ample opportunity in my life to do the job. Was I saved? I certainly was convinced I was. Then I found I had nothing to be saved from, except my own misunderstanding.
Even the Romans realized, when taking over another country, that it was best to leave their institutions alone. They could get more cooperation that way.
@812LJ Now here is the verse which makes your Dispensational (fallacious) views fall on it's face. Not only did Christ say He would return before some of His Disciples tasted death, and before that generation had ended. He also said this below : Matthew 26:64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall you (High Priest) see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. It all happened in the 1st Century!
@Jerseygirl8999 So, rather than my own personal experience of the Light (a living God) and NDE research, you would have me put all my blind faith in what? An old book? Which one then? And what about the others? I put my faith in the direct experience of the universal, inclusive light and love of God found in all religions and spiritual traditions, thank you very much.
+kOsmon If you think that about the Bible then you better do A LOT MORE RESEARCH! Oh and we know how the pyramids were built!! I guess a lot of people don't know this but the Egyptians painted pictures of how they built it on the walls of one of their temples!!!!
I am not clear whether he totally does not believe in hell or not. He does not believe that anyone will go to hell for unbelief. He believes Christ died for everyone, no belief needed.
When I was a Christian, I tried to explain the trinity. Steam, water, ice. I just could not 'land' with it. It does not make good sense. It was the Council of Nicea that declared Jesus God. Many verses in the bible indicate he is not.
@812LJ 5. The Rich Man of the Parable was Judah. This son of Jacob had five literal brothers as did the Rich Man. 6. He was also a literal son of Abraham, while Eliezer (Lazarus) was not! 7. The Rich Man (Judah) also had the kingship (purple) and the priesthood (linen). 8. Yet Judah (representing God on this earth) was not the true steward of the Abrahamic blessings. *(CONTINUED IN THE NEXT COMMENT BELOW)*
Hate the things of this world? Do you forget that this world is God's creation too? Certainly our first goal should be spiritual, but we are forced to 'render unto Caesar' while we live in these physical bodies.
@812LJ Ahh now I've put you into a precarious position. I've got you right where I want you. Verse 28 starts out with "VERILY" which in the greek is "AMEN LEGO HUMIN" which occurs in the New Testament 95 times, and every time it is used, IT NEVER DIVIDES A SUBJECT, NOR DOES IT BREAK UP A DISCUSSION, NOR DOES IT INTRODUCE A NEW TOPIC. Jesus is expouding upon the time frame of when they could expect Him to come back in Judgment, and it would be BEFORE some of His disciples tasted death.
@samarjithrichomaster There can be no second coming of Jesus, since there was not a first. He was a construct for Constantine's christianity. See info in the books Oahspe and Antiquity Unveiled.
@812LJ Now that it is established that you CANNOT divide Matthew 16:27 from verse 28, not only did Jesus say He would come before some of them tasted death, but He also gave another reference point to when they could expect His return. Matthew 10:23 Jesus said, "When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another. I tell you the truth, you will not finish going through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes." This proves He was to come in the 1st Century! NOT A FUTURE GENERATION!!
The drift I get is that the bible is wrong about many things. God does not have an anger management problem, nor does he have the emotions of a spoiled 5 year old.
The bible says: it is ok to beat your slaves and kill your children. The bible is a book that is a quagmire of truth and fiction, and must be rightly divided. (2 Timothy 2:15)
@812LJ :: There are hells, but they do not function like the bible describes them. "A Wanderer in the Spirit Lands" (download free from the internet) will tell you more about the condition of hell and who is there than the bible ever will.
As I have said before, it is not a God of my own making, it is the same God you serve without all the trappings of Christianity. Are you familiar with the story of Carlton Pearson? He was a pentecostal preacher and singer who became greatly concerned about the 'lost' who had never heard about Jesus. He was informed during prayer, that that was not the way it worked. He became convinced that when Jesus came to save everyone, he did, not beliefs needed. Look him up here on YT.
a Evangelical Christian ascends to heaven but misses his Atheist friend so he goes to Jesus, passing churches and suburbias to a synagogue. "Lord Jesus, my friend was a good man, he doesn't deserve hell." "the fuck are you on about? Lord Brahma has us in this penalty box until we accept him. Your mates in Nirvana."
Hold on! You say one true God and then turn right around and contradict yourself by describing 3 gods, or 3 in 1, or whatever. One true God= Jehovih, the Creator, who is all powerful and needs no trinities or saviors to help Him. Now that is faith in the Creator.
@812LJ 9. Though he and his literal brothers had been graced with the "oracles of God" (the Old Testament) they would not respond to the One resurrected from the dead (Christ). 10. The "great gulf" was the Jordan rift valley the dividing line between Gentile lands and the Holyland of promise (Abrahams inheritance). Crossing the Jordan was a typical figure recognized by the Jews as a symbol of salvation. *(CONTINUED IN NEXT COMMENT BELOW)*
lllsj16:: If you are referring to Jesus, you are attempting to meet a word picture, no wonder it didn't work. You have guardian angels, ask them to reveal spiritual things to you.
@812LJ Wrong again mate. You need to read a book entitled, "Before Jerusalem Fell" by Ken Gentry. It goes in depth how the book of Revelation was not written under Domitian, rather it was written under Nero. Jesus said that He would return in THAT GENERATION (not a generation thousands of years in the future) in the Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21). If He didn't return in that generation, like HE said, then we have no hope at all because Jesus is a liar.
The period of 1840 to 1920 was quite active with spiritual happenings. Spiritualism, new age, Christian Science, Religious Science all came in to being, as well as mainstream churches. Blavatsky was just one of the bunch. There was a lot of Eastern religious teaching in her voluminous works. I have never been fond of Eastern philosophy. I take no offense. As a Christian, you should have no reason to fear any of this 'stuff'. Knowledge is power. God's protection is on you.
The big question : which bible is right. Of the two, I will pick the Oahspe by a big margin. The information it has about God and the heavenly realms just cannot be found elsewhere. It even explains how the great pyramid was built. You think the bible is the 'word of God'. I think it is just a rehash of old religious writings put together by committees of men.
My God is actually Jehovah, the heavenly Father, the Creator. (He is actually the same God as yours, but without all the Christian trappings.) I do spirituality, not religions. JWs believe in soul sleep, which I vehemently disagree with. I see what Islam does to countries where it is the dominant religion, so I want no part of that. I don't know much about Mormons, but they sound like the best of the bunch.
Yeah, it is the same guy. Is there more than one? I'll go by whatever name you want to give Him. The Oahspe explains the difference between the Creator and gods, who have offices of leadership in the heavens. In the lower heaven, some are false gods, like Baal and Ashtaroth. Some of the 'gods' men worshiped were entirely made up and have no heavenly counterpart.
@kalakahn69 The trinity is impossible to understand. It is a 'mystery'. And thought by some to be a false teaching of Christianity. There is great similarity of the story of Christ with the stories of Mithra, Krishna, and Horus. The Oahspe teaches that Jesus was a construct of Constantine. It also teaches the recognition of the Creator only.
And you think Christianity does not borrow from other religions? All the holidays are borrowed, that is why the JWs will not celebrate them. There is a lot of similarity in the life of Jesus with other savior and prophets of history. "Antiquity Unveiled" gives you the straight scoop on the beginnings of Christianity.
God hates nothing. Hatred and jealousy, wrath etc. are not aspects of a perfect being. Yes, I know what the bible says, but the bible is wrong. The NDE people tell us you judge yourself at the life review, so this judgement by God is unnecessary.
You can't have a 'second pneumonectomy' .... a pneumonectomy is the complete removal of your lung. Now if you have a 'second pneumonectomy' you would have NO lungs remaining. This is a tale of no truth unless he is mistaken on his vernacular. Also you can't talk during an operation since you have an endotracheal tube in place for breathing during the surgical procedure. This is totally fantasized I think. I can't take this man seriously.
My Dad yesterday. I hope he is in heaven
Your dad is now in the hands of our Lord. I'm sorry for your loss. May God bless you.

God is not just love. He is also justice. The 'works' God wants is for you to be kind and treat others well. It is spelled out in Micah 6:8
It is channeled. It is internally consistent and rational. It gives information about the spirit realm you can find nowhere else
I can agree with your statement starting at "rather it's a gift..."

@812LJ :: There is none so blind as he who will not see. Enjoy your blindness!
He also said this below :
Matthew 26:64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall you (High Priest) see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
Wouldn't he have been intubated??? How did all this conversation happen?
I am not clear whether he totally does not believe in hell or not. He does not believe that anyone will go to hell for unbelief. He believes Christ died for everyone, no belief needed.
When I was a Christian, I tried to explain the trinity. Steam, water, ice. I just could not 'land' with it. It does not make good sense. It was the Council of Nicea that declared Jesus God. Many verses in the bible indicate he is not.
@LightBehindGod you don't base your faith on NDE if you do then that is sad

@kalakahn69
You mean God is a necessary cause for all the contingent phenomena.
You forget I was well involved with Christianity for many years. I much prefer Micah 6:8.
You've got quite a way of telling a story!! Hilarious!
How about we do away with the trinity and just stick to one God, Since He is perfect and all-powerful, He is all we need.
a Evangelical Christian ascends to heaven but misses his Atheist friend so he goes to Jesus, passing churches and suburbias to a synagogue.
"Lord Jesus, my friend was a good man, he doesn't deserve hell."
"the fuck are you on about? Lord Brahma has us in this penalty box until we accept him. Your mates in Nirvana."
My understanding of Alister was that he was a satanist and a drug user. Not someone I want to emulate. I am unfamiliar with Enochian magic.
Crossing the Jordan was a typical figure recognized by the Jews as a symbol of salvation.

lllsj16:: If you are referring to Jesus, you are attempting to meet a word picture, no wonder it didn't work.
I would be better AVOID it.
He is trying to make sense out of some of the teachings of the bible that just do not reflect the reality of God as we understand Him.
You think the Bible was just a rehash of old religious writings put together by men? So what gives the Oahspe more credibility in that regard?
Because religions are false, in that all these rules are to maintain control over those that follow that church's teaching. See Micah 6:8
This guy is hilarious. :)
hahayou gotta believe that jesus is the son of God and that he died on the cross for your sins!
I have heard Paul Washer speak. He is a negative, highly emotional speaker who's theology I would not agree with.
