Exciting tournament I was there riding around watching so cool. Next time

I absolutely hate all the new fangled cull tags out there these days. I’ve lost more fish on the all the punctureless tags than any other reason. I don’t remember losing any fish from the old school tags. I just don’t use any cull tags now. It just takes me longer to cull. Sorry for the rant it’s just something that’s changed for the worse IMO. Great job and at the end of the day you can hold your head high because you had the fish to win.

I would think on day 2 , a Spook over shallow main points leading into bedding areas would produce large hogs. Ive had good sucess in the fog doing just that. I know, everyone has a better way. 😂. Just sayin. Really like these videos . Peace, P.j. lake Casitas Ca.

Had the same thing happen to me, (granted the event was not as big as an Elite event) but now I don't use cull tags on grinder events.
