I hope you all enjoyed it, if you want a follow-up video on this tractor leave a comment. We just ran out of time and have a big project in the works. Maybe a future video we can revisit her.
Love to see the Young blood working on these old Allis's. Brings back some good memories of my tractor days. Allis-Chalmers of course.
Nice job guys.
See I’m 28 and I prefer a mag. I have left the mag on all of my vintage tractors even when converting to 12v. I’ve noticed even older folks mainly forget how to maintain or fix a magneto in todays world. They are really neat, work damn well. Nice video!
I drove one of these as a kid. Real. Tough , strong little tractor
Anything that old is six volt. Also you can tell by the size of the battery box that it is 6 volt. When you see a cut out relay on the generator you are sure it is 6 volt. And most likely it is positive ground as most 6 volt systems were.
You have a WC there
Would be cool to see videos on the 2 mini chalmers and the farmall, great video, hopefully this one can be brought back in working order
I want to see a will it run on that old Farmall f20
ya did good, worth the watch
Hope to see you get it running soon
Timing is too advanced or you got spark plug wires crossed in the wrong spot. It should not be kicking back on starter where it cranks hard and it should not be backfiring out the carb
Let's see the others run as well
I think it is a WC
Should have run that carb. through a Ultrasonic cleaner! How do you know the engine is turning in the correct direction?
