Do you have to keep the host computer on and logged in for it to be seen on other network computers?
Yes, the host machine(print server) has to remain on, but can be locked.
wireless connection ho toh ip after shutdown change ho jaye ga (DHCP) toh kiye tb bhi yeh settngs valid hain??

If your network system is DHCP. Use computer name instead of IP address.
Ideally host comp to have static IP. Or better use comp name
