You know one trait Jeffree has that is so amazing is he listens to anyone who sits in with him, does not ridicule their makeup or routine, and has great interpersonal skills to educate as he goes without belittling them. If anything, whoever is a guest is hard on themselves and confess to truths on their own. Kathy is great. I love realists and that Jeffree can reason with anyone on any topic. Always interesting to watch you ❤️

Ashley, you're 36... this is not shade, but you are still super young. Your skin is actually in its prime. For me it's not so much expression as much as having a lipstick that is not a nude that doesn't find every spider-like age line around your lips and bleed up your face. Or your eyelashes thinning out. Losing all the moisture in your skin to the point that an entire bottle of moisturizer a day can't smooth out your dry skin. Enjoy your youth.

Budgeting is sooo important, and so is sticking too it. I am 35 an have never owned a credit card. If I don't have cash I dont buy it, well except my house...but I bought bellow my budget. The hardest thing I've had to learn in running a Buisness is how to budget in all the taxes and how to file them: state/ federal/ employee/ operational/ self.
