प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी (PM Narendra Modi) ने कहा, "TMC के तुष्टीकरण ने बंगाल (West Bengal) में जनसांख्यिकी को डामाडोल कर दिया है, समाज व्यवस्था को पूरी तरह बिगाड़ दिया है। TMC देश के दूसरे राज्य वालों को बाहरी बताती है लेकिन अवैध घुसपैठिए इन्हें अपने लगते हैं... ये घुसपैठिए बंगाल में जनसंख्या संतुलन बिगाड़ते हैं, कई इलाकों में हिंदू अल्पसंख्यक (Hindu Minority) हो गए,दलितों, पिछड़ों की जमीन पर ये कब्जा कर रहे हैं...”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "TMC's appeasement has destabilized the demography in Bengal (West Bengal), has completely spoiled the social system. TMC calls people from other states of the country as outsiders but illegal. They consider the infiltrators as their own… These infiltrators disturb the population balance in Bengal, Hindus have become minority in many areas, they are occupying the land of Dalits and backward people...”
