I totally do that too with the low cut tank tops--- wear them backwards! Also, Christopher and banks sell good tank tops that are not low in a variety of colors!
A tip: When wearing maxi skirts in the summer, wear short leggings beneath. It helps sweat from bothering you and gives a sense of modesty.

Whew! I for one appreciate all the work you did in bringing out all those clothes! haha! And then you had to go hang them all up again! You have some very sweet pieces; I especially loved the skirts with prints--they were beautiful. Your videos are always so refreshing. The Word tells us to renew our minds but somehow your videos are a visual renewal about dressing to please the Lord (while still enjoying the clothes themselves)

I personally wear 3/4 length sleeves and longer. For modesty, yes, and also to promote better blood circulation and so my hands don't get chilly from my arms being too bare :-) In the summer, 3/4 is great for me because it's hot, but I still don't want to expose too much skin :-)

I actually cut the material from the bottom of a shirt my mom had that she was getting rid of! I take it from back to front, and then tie two knots and tuck the ends under on each side :-) I think making headbands out of old/thrifted shirts is a great way to use your creativity for something useful and also a good way to save money too :-) Hope that helps!!

I will definitely try to put something together to help for women with different body shapes - you're right, what works for one, may not work for all! question what bible scriture do you use for condoning women should not wear pants and that its not modest...im struggling and need scriture..thanks
gwen sumlin deut 22:5 says that a woman should not wear that which pertains to a man and a man likewise should not wear that which pertains to a woman. Tho this is the Old Testament and some might disagree that in the day of grace after Jesus' resurrection, that we don't have to observe that command..God calls it an abomination. The Bible says that God does not change. Abominations are things that God hates very much. He didn't change his hatred for that when Jesus came.
And also if you do a study on history, women didn't start wearing pants until the last maybe 100 years or so. God tells us to look for the old path to walk in (jer 6:16)..They were always a men's garment. Just as a dress/skirt is without a doubt, only for a woman.

Hey I have a couple of questions about dressing modestly, one is it ok to wear jeans as a female? is it ok to wear leggings under long shirts? is it ok to wear fitted shirts? is it ok to wear tank tops and spaghetti straps with out a sweater? I also have like a pear shaped body type with curves so i find it hard to dress for my body type, since wearing baggy and loose things make me look bigger than what I am, and I'm not used to wearing dresses and skirts, but I want to start dressing modestly
HI :) in the last week God have been convicting me about changing my dress style to be a modest girl, i have been studying Ellen white in dress reform, but i still have some doubts and hard time with certain points. i know what She talks about covering the limbs but i understood she was speaking about covering them from the cold so i understand in winter, but when does she speech about the summer?. what about short sleeves that are modest or skirt covering the knee but not long long? help please
