Just had new Viewboards installed in our classrooms.....let me first say....I'm new to Viewboards ( old Smartboard warrior 🙂)....the Board is fantastic.....however, we use them as an duplicate display from the PC and I found when clicking on the side bar and choosing the pens....I could not get rid of the sidebar without clicking 'X' which then closed my Powerpoint completely!....then I had to select the appropriate HDMI connection to restore the PPT....THE the arrow (triangle) would not close the side bar......naturally...I must be doing something wrong....HELP !!

The intro slide is the default for new users, you can change this by choosing the background icon in the left corner and setting a solid white color. Please ensure you sign in with a user account as this allows you to save your settings, such as default background, pen, font etc. Please submit a support ticket www.viewsonic.com/uk/contact/and our team can help you get things setup.

The IFP50-3 and IFP50-4 are our latest models in the IFP series and they do not include the accessories . These would have to be purchased separately.
