Question: are the s.marines heads that hard that they can get shot or face burnt off and live? If not why have helmet-less marines? Have you seen Starship Troopers?
Helmets numb sounds. The Mk. II helms have especially shit sensors compared to "standard" SM senses. Basically, it's a choice between protection and being able to see, hear and smell(especially) better. Remember, Astartes can tell chemicals apart based on their vapors.
It's more because they are confident enough to not get hit there.
I agree with all the other comments they are true and fit the lore. But would like to add yes they are that hard. There are plenty of marines with bionic facial replacements due to injuries.

Same reason guys like Typhus, Ahriman, Abaddon or Khârne haven’t ascended to daemon status either: the dark gods have different plans for them. Remember that lore-wise, a demon can only appear where he is summoned or can otherwise possess a living person, and then can only stay in the material realm for so long. So having agents who aren’t constricted by that seems rather helpful.

i've found that nurgle is by-far the most interesting of the chaos gods. don't get me wrong khorne's pretty cool but he don't care where the blood flows from so long as it flows and slaneesh, well i'm sure there's good times to be had rolling with slaneesh but your probably gonna pick up an std and end up bowing to grandfather nurgle for relief

Question: Is it possible for the gene seeds of the traitor primarchs be used to re-establish new legions for the traitor legions? Basically a new world eaters, death guard, etc but for loyalist purposes? I do understand that the logic may be flawed but wouldnt that be an insult to chaos and a boon to imperial forces that badly need more soldiers to fight the war? The major factors like Horus for the turn to chaos are long gone and therefore the legions could be used for the imperiums goals. Idk just a thought and wanted to get your opinion on it. Btw I love the channel!

so the tragedy of horus heresy can't happen again, the legions are forced to produce sub legions so if a rebel were to happen it will be minimal and swiftly dealt with

Its not a million. The imperium is free to make as many chapters as they’re willing to sink the massive amount of resources it takes into. Each chapter just cant be over 1000 marines.... unless your the space wolves or black templars.
Damn I can't listen to this narrator. It's a mixture of mumbling, whispering and all round irritating.
he used to have quite the stilted inflection when narrating and it absolutely annoyed me. i felt it was an offense to my ears and brain as i was constantly trying to decipher where one sentence ended and the next began - i'm not even going to mention the numerous mispronunciations. i couldn't even bring myself to finish a video. i can't rightly say why i ended up watching more of their videos some many months later, *_but_* there was a noticible improvement in quality and i began to regularly watch their videos. i find myself looking forward to them now as the pace and tone of the narration effectively mellows me out and i use them to wind down at the end of the day. perhaps it is an acquired taste?
