Hello. I had a pic 4014 (3 year exclusion) I over stayed a holiday visa in 2020 (covid pandemic, couldn’t get back) and then stayed on bridging visa Es for about a year. I am eligible for a second WHV and my bank ceased in April this year. What is the likelyhood of my second WHV getting rejected (first whv was 10 years ago) I have traveled a lot and have a clean history with no criminal convictions just this red flag of a 3 year exclusion. Im nervous to apply because i dont want this to effect me getting holiday visas to the states

Hi Tracy, I got more than 1 year experience as a painting trade worker, and I'm 41 years old, my wife got 7 years of experience as a assistant early childhood teacher but doesn't have diploma or bachelor, are either one of us eligible for the 190 visa?
