You’re absolutely right!! The area is way too dark, and I also consider this is not SAFE!! On the above of the shower/bath area is NO ‘light’ as this is “Optional”, you have to pay extra $$, then the Builder will add a light there for you. As our brand new house from the other Builder (not Trico Home), we also need to pay our all 4 Full Bathrooms’ feature lights. As you can see that nowadays, all the Builders (賺到盡)!! Just a small thing, become “an optional item”!! Also, zero lot houses!! In conclusion, nowadays, all the Builders just provide all the very basic items. You need to prepare about $40K -$70K (預留多about $4-$7萬to upgrade becoming your dream house.
better than Pansy's 1.64M flimsy plywood townhome, but with rates heading to potentially 6%, buying a home for $660K + GST is silly. Lots of better choices in older communities. Don't have to buy brand new.

They may regret after few years. Alberta has not stable economy . You may have force to leave after oil price drop again . Think twice before move in. I bought a house in Vancouver. I would rather live in Vancouver when I retire later,
If you are not engineer in oil business, you can't make good living in ALBERTA & CALGARY!! Now even petroleum engineers are unemployed since 2015/2016!! What do you expect in CANADA???
