But at least when we talk about youth, students we know that they are aware, they know how important the credit score is, etc. But yes it becomes risky if they didn't get any job or they leave the job before the tenure of the loan. For this the banks take security for such loans, if there is no security then in general a co- borrower is added which gives a certain risk protection.
