It can be hard to tell the difference until you really learn who you are. Learn what is your soul and what is your ego or a wound. When you truly know, love and heal yourself, you can find your core and it will be much easier to know others, instantly. That is why self love and care are so important. Love for others truly happens when we know ourselves in full truth and acceptance.
I have guilt because I left my karmic marriage for my twin flame. It was a 30 year marriage, but after meeting my twin I couldn’t stay with him. It was a dramatic upheaval in my life. That sounds like a Soulmate, not a Twin Flame. Twin Flames piss each other off and not romantic. They are meant to trigger you and force you to face yourself.

We have spiritually grown together especially over the last two years. We meditated together (his idea) every night for about 9 months and our inner revelations and growth forward was phenomenal. I experienced my first ever karmic relationship and I will say this broke me. It brought out a lot of negative things that I never realized I had and allowed. It woke me up and I worked and still continue to work on those things. After accepting my faults and feeling the emotions it really helped me grow. Whilst meditating this morning, I did a chakra cleansing. When focusing on both the sacral and heart chakras I was overwhelmed with hurt and emotions I felt as if they weren’t mine. I was in a state of not consciously thinking of my ex (whom I believe to be my Twin Flame), but I felt as though I was feeling their emotions and their pain. It was a bit of a crazy experience for me, I am fairly new to meditation and getting more in tune with my spiritual side, all of which happened because of the separation with my previous partner.

He brought out so many negative patterns that I suppressed my entire adult life. He allowed me to become the worst version of myself to the point the last couple of weeks we were together I would look in the mirror in the morning and not even know the person I was looking at, I was so out of character by the end of the relationship I had to go to therapy and he allowed it because he was doing the same thing I was doing

late to the party but wanted to share. I watched this video because the person I thought was my twin flame started seeing someone who he said he has an amazing connection with and it was like love at first sight. that made me question well what if I’m his karmic and she’s his twin flame. The final point in this video solidified it with me. we’ve been back and forth for years, and every time one of us has done a bit of healing it’s made us better, closer, happier, more attracted to one another and more in love. Thank for you for this information. I’ve tried to prove to myself that it was karmic and it comes back to TF everytime. There is more distance at the moment but that is due to intense healing cycles. We always come back together, trigger new things to work through, and work through them in our own time. Even in separation I feel his feels, I feel the shifts. It’s a journey, for sure!

It’s easy to know if it’s a Twin flame or a Karmic . Karmic are mostly people who will teach you lessons in life especially to be patient and a lot more ,you can stay together and get married or you broke up and forget each other . As for me we mostly meet karmic which also can mirror our wounds, distinction from my point of view twin flames have same eyes, same colour of eyes, maybe even very identical look, whats why they are called twin flames because their face features are identical, they look the same as identical twins. Thanks for the clarification between karmic and tf. I found my own healing is reflected in my tf. We had both wounds to heal and soon we are going to be in separation. We know it will better our relationship bc if we are meant to be, our connection is really deep to have anything come between us. I am looking forward to see what growth comes out with our separation

Hi! So I’m so sure I’ve met my tf I’m a bit confused by mirroring tho cuz while he comes from a broken home w a controlling mom I come from a background in foster care. We both suffer from mother issues, codependency, and hiding emotions from those who care. We also both run from pain instead of dealing w it. Whoever is in your life is a soulmate with karma attached. Karma is whether positive or negative, is the energy you carry and the cycles we are supposed to close. So I have a question; what if you believe that your partner is equally both? I am having the issue in areas where I am way more experienced he just wants to argue where his solution to the issue is incomplete ( because he is so immature) and my idea covered all dynamics of the situation but he just wants to argue where one of us has to make a sacrifice and most of the time that would be me just throwing my hands up like ok you do what you want then..but it creates un finished areas that were not covered. I knew my ex Aquarius. Was connected to me. But I thought was love twin flame but he constantly was every thing I never want emotionally treatment. Cold distant uncaring of anything I felt or wanted . But he played me tricked me into believing he was what I wanted he pretended to me the guy and relationship I wanted . Except he kept hurting me by running off someone else. Hurting me. Then come back asken 4 another chance. Karmic lesson that you need to learn, but you missed learning with one Karmic partner, will return to your life in the form of another Karmic partner/person. They would both be karmics but with the same lesson to teach you. You missed it the first time, so the God/Universe tries it again to heal you through another one... That is maybe the reason why you would be meeting similar persons with similar traits again and again. And yes, this returning of the Karmic can happen for some reason, for example, to realise something after some time has passed between you two, to have realisation/eureka about something that you need to learn as well.

It can be hard to tell the difference until you really learn who you are. Learn what is your soul and what is your ego or a wound. When you truly know, love and heal yourself, you can find your core and it will be much easier to know others, instantly. That is why self love and care are so important. Love for others truly happens when we know ourselves in full truth and acceptance.
I have guilt because I left my karmic marriage for my twin flame. It was a 30 year marriage, but after meeting my twin I couldn’t stay with him. It was a dramatic upheaval in my life. We have spiritually grown together especially over the last two years. We meditated together (his idea) every night for about 9 months and our inner revelations and growth forward was phenomenal. There are other ways we each have that trigger each other to grow. These ways may not feel good, but they definitely cause positive growth. You may or not understand what I mean by that. I experienced my first ever karmic relationship and I will say this broke me. It brought out a lot of negative things that I never realized I had and allowed. Whilst meditating this morning, I did a chakra cleansing. When focusing on both the sacral and heart chakras I was overwhelmed with hurt and emotions I felt as if they weren’t mine. I was in a state of not consciously thinking of my ex (whom I believe to be my Twin Flame), but I felt as though I was feeling their emotions and their pain. It was a bit of a crazy experience for me, I am fairly new to meditation and getting more in tune with my spiritual side, all of which happened because of the separation with my previous partner.

This is right .. karmic brought hell in my life but when I met my twin all signs became tenfold clear that it is indeed him who is my twin not the karmic . Then the karmic disappears out of my life after 5 years . late to the party but wanted to share. I watched this video because the person I thought was my twin flame started seeing someone who he said he has an amazing connection with and it was like love at first sight. that made me question well what if I’m his karmic and she’s his twin flame. The final point in this video solidified it with me. we’ve been back and forth for years, and every time one of us has done a bit of healing it’s made us better, closer, happier, more attracted to one another and more in love. He’s known this person for all of a week and is head over heels for her, he’s done a lot of healing but not all the way there yet. This video comforted me that yes, we are twin flames, and she’s likely the karmic. And because he’s done a lot of healing already, maybe his last karmic before we can finally enter union.

Thank for you for this information. I’ve tried to prove to myself that it was karmic and it comes back to TF everytime. There is more distance at the moment but that is due to intense healing cycles. We always come back together, trigger new things to work through, and work through them in our own time. Even in separation I feel his feels, I feel the shifts. It’s a journey, for sure!

It’s easy to know if it’s a Twin flame or a Karmic .
Karmic are mostly people who will teach you lessons in life especially to be patient and a lot more ,you can stay together and get married or you broke up and forget each other . This popped up at just the right time. I’m realizing that who I thought was my twin fame is actually a Karmic. The real twin is the person I thought was just a soulmate. We’ve recently reconnected and both healing from very similar situations….
I was so sure that I was with my TF now I realized this whole time I’m the karmic and the 3rd party now it’s time to let go and heal myself
As for me we mostly meet karmic which also can mirror our wounds, distinction from my point of view twin flames have same eyes, same colour of eyes, maybe even very identical look, whats why they are called twin flames because their face features are identical, they look the same as identical twins. Hi! So I’m so sure I’ve met my tf I’m a bit confused by mirroring tho cuz while he comes from a broken home w a controlling mom I come from a background in foster care. We both suffer from mother issues, codependency, and hiding emotions from those who care. We also both run from pain instead of dealing w it. We dated for over a year and the relationship was wonderful, all the bad stuff happened when we broke up. We couldn’t leave one another alone. I am having the issue in areas where I am way more experienced he just wants to argue where his solution to the issue is incomplete ( because he is so immature) and my idea covered all dynamics of the situation but he just wants to argue where one of us has to make a sacrifice and most of the time that would be me just throwing my hands up like ok you do what you want then..but it creates un finished areas that were not covered. This is causing un necessary conflict and grief and his inability to learn from the situation leaving me very frustrated as well as feeling unimportant like no matter what I don't matter? Sure as I'll get out too there are also scraggly little things that go wrong with the outcome outcome once it's pushed too far beyond the state of that equalibrium....

I knew my ex Aquarius. Was connected to me. But I thought was love twin flame but he constantly was every thing I never want emotionally treatment. Cold distant uncaring of anything I felt or wanted . But he played me tricked me into believing he was what I wanted he pretended to me the guy and relationship I wanted . Except he kept hurting me by running off someone else. Hurting me. Then come back asken 4 another chance.
