I sincerely thank all of you that are NOT in APA or other approved programs, yet the school meets licensure requirements and you have met success in spite of perceived obstacles. You give us hope that we too, will meet w success in the mental health fields!
This is such an important topic to discuss, especially for those looking for graduate programs! It's hard to determine whether a program is "good" or not before attending the program so it's nice that NASP approves programs and essentially does the audit/research for us. I would love to learn more about your program in a future video!! Thanks for the information!
Thank you so much! Your videos help me a lot. I’ll be starting a non-NASP approved program in August. I’ve done my research and a lot of current school psychologists have graduated from this school in my area :)
I am so happy you find them helpful! I am glad you did your research and spoke to people who went through the program to help you make your decision. If you ever have any questions you can reach out to me on here or IG. Good luck with your program!
Can you tell us about it National university school Psych? I am applying to that one but I saw that it’s not NASP approved. So now I’m a little hesitant, but that program works best for me since I can continue working.
I am in a NON-NASP approved program. Does not make a lick of difference in my state as long as the required classes are taken. Thank you for your video!
Thank you so much for all of your informative videos. I’ve been considering applying for a program that is not NASP approved. I would like to hear about the program you attend in a future video. :)
