Why do the 505 fill like a small empty shoe box and i say this because i have the Numark ns7 2 and its built like a tank and for 700 plus tax roland should of put more substance into the controller being pro material sad built quality for a pro controller
I connected my macbook pro to a 505 that I was interested in buying and there was no response. I have the driver and software installed on my laptop. I tried my laptop on a pioneer sr2 and it worked. Has anyone else had this issue?
you say you had the driver and software installed...and it worked on the pioneers for the pioneer ..it would work .....but Roland would need it's own drivers as.its not a Pioneer

I have this beautiful controller but I have a terrible error, and that is that when mixing the tracks or when applying serato effects it makes small pauses in the mix or it starts to get stuck, as if it had a certain crush, lag or latency that was too altered by so to speak, this happens to any master volume and it is quite annoying, I have reinstalled serato, the drivers, changed the output cables and it is not resolved, any idea how to fix it, or is it already a hardware error? Tengo este bello controlador pero tengo un terrible error, y es que al momento de estar mezclando los tracks o al aplicar efectos serato hace pequeñas pausas en la mezcla o se empieza a trabar, como si tuviera cierto crush, lag o la latencia demasiado alterada por así decirlo, esto sucede a cualquier volumen de master y es bastante molesto, he reinstalado serato, los drivers, cambiado lo cables de salida y no se resuelve ¿alguna idea de como solucionarlo, o ya será algún error de hardware?

How do you tap tempo for the TR drum Machine? On DJ 505. I see it for the DJ 202 but not the 505.
