Outkast is more creative, thought provoking, influential, deeper, has a better discography, made a bigger impact, were more successful, etc etc. Mobb Deep was a standard east coast hip hop group, they didn't stand out. Outkast brought something fresh and completely new and unique to the table. They were something special. No comparison.
Whole album my favorite track. Outkast always has had tha most thought provoking and elevated style. Both lyrically is a level any emcee would wanna attain. Not gonna lie tho lol ima gemini so i peep what 3 stacks be delivering on some other shit.
