Thank you iwen, I saw a recipe and I tried, it is almost the same but she used santan instead of lemon agar agar. Your method is much better as we must mix the agar agar powder and jelly powder with the sugar well so that when we boil that time, it will not form lumps in the jelly. I never grease the agar agar mould but MUST wet it with drinking water, never have any problem to remove them. I have a problem as 2 of my weighing machine don't have 0.5 gm, maybe I have to Google how many teasp. Happy cooking.

These are seaweeds. -Jelly or jello comes from gelatin. -Konnyaku : As explained by Wiki - made from Konjac plant.
