Great recipe! I tried to make croissants watching your video, and they were fine for the first time, but I had difficulty because I don't have kitchen robot, so I had to do all manually. I think I will get kitchen robot for my birthday so I can try more stuff. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

@@PastrybyIoan Va rog sa-mi spuneti daca , caramelul il lasati la temp. camerei pana sa-l incorporati in frisca batuta sau il puneti cald .Eu l-am lasat la temp camerei dar se coaguleaza rapid si nu reusesc sa completez uniform forma de mere . V-as recomanda pt mere cand le puneti la inghetat sa dati congeletorul la min 20 grade ....se vor desprinde mult mai bine .
Se combina direct, nu se lasa la racit.
