For the ambilical cord, clean around it with alcohol pads. It won’t hurt or burn. It dries up the belly button.

One of the reasons they say not to shake it is because it adds a lot of air bubbles into the milk causing gas. Swirling is best ☺️

I self tanned the whole year I breastfed and never got any self tanner on my baby! I would self tan before bed and then I would sleep in it and she would eat like once or twice in the night. I self tanned everywhere except my nipples and was just extra cautious that her face wouldn’t touch my breast too much while feeding her! It’s for sure possible and if you’re worried just don’t tan your breasts at all!
why didnt you put her in the car seat and carry her downstairs lol?
I would have made my hubby walk down the stairs and push the elevator button while me, baby & stroller are already in it and it would go down 😂
I use to self tan with a bikini top with triangle top. I would tie behind me neck and back and when I went into the booth I would untie the back. The boobs stayed in and covered even when I turned. I did it that way for years so I wouldn’t have marks on my back but tan lines on my boobs.
Next time pack a wrap/carrier 🤗
