Monte always seems so calm in your videos. Has Monte always been a calm puppy or did he calm down some now being 9 months? My 6 month old Frenchie is very energetic. We have to make sure he gets enough play and exercises through the day so he’s tired at night for bed time. 4 days ago he had his neutering procedure and of course we have to reframe from usual activities for him. Big difference in behavior when doesn’t get enough play time and exercises, he jumped on our coffee table last night 🤦🏻♀️, not sure if we can hold off for 10 days per Vet instructions! Very hard to do with a puppy with no jumping and running. Hopefully by end of weekend we can resume the normal activities and just making sure he is healing well.
So Monte thrives and is very energetic when he has a backyard and space to run around in. Sometimes at the apartment he’s kind of sluggish because he has less running around to do. However, after getting his BOAS surgery he has so much more energy because he can breathe better!
Can you do a video on you as a French bulldog owner can not live without with such as thing you and monte need, please?it will be a great helpful video!😁
How many times a day do you feed monte his main meals and what’s the total amount he is given in a day now that he’s a year old? Do you leave him home alone when you need to go to work or is he accompanied by someone else? Also did monte ever go through a very hyper stage where whenever he sees someone he wants to go say hi really badly I can’t get mine to stop being so overexcited and pulling on her leash She’s a 6 month puppy lol Same for getting the harness on I dream of mine being as calm as monte to let me finish putting it on her 😅
Hi Jocelyn, thanks for your questions! 1. I feed him twice a day (morning and night) and I give him 1.5 cups and his mix ins or meal toppers in addition 2. I work from home so he is with me all day! When I run errands, he stays home alone or is with my boyfriend. Monte is still high energy and pulls on his leash too! They will definitely calm down with age and training.
My frenchie loves when I cut on meditation sounds on RUclips before bed. He’s 5 mos and he’s out for the night. Love ur nighttime routine ❤️❤️

Monte gets very excited when we first mention a walk! His pumpkin is just pure organic pumpkin.
