If I may, I can help with the 'math' part of this somewhat chaotic song.
So, the initial amount of people that board the bus at the start is 3, then according to Cirno, we subtract one and add half of one. We then subtract 2 from the current sum, but the answer is revealed to be zero because if we consider the fact that Gensokyo does not have buses as transportation at all, that would make the whole equation a hypothetical, but we'd have only half of one person left if we calculated the actual equation.
*Genius indeed. Thank kyu.* (Get it? Kyu is the numerical 9 in japanese? Okay, I'll leave.)
