For the loose hand joint, you could use a trick that i recently saw someone do with an action figure: You take some krazy glue and make the peg bigger by adding little drops onto it. Just be sure to allow the glue to fully dry before putting the hand back on.
i remember seeing transparent Air Force Ones in the earlier 2000's. i thought they were so cool because they allowed you to showcase a really cute pair of socks. So it's possible that the style would reemerge.
Aiden is literally gay. He's the gay best friend of every highschool mean/popular/rich girl. They really tried to make him "straight looking" with the gray and pastel highlights instead of going purple. Let's just hope he gets a coming out themed release for June

I completely agree. The LGBTQ community is so directly related to the doll world and yet there has been so little queer representation throughout the history of dolls. I'm planning to do a video soon about the queer dolls in my collection.
I'm glad you reviewed him! He's definitely one of my least favorite of the boys alongside Finn but I plan on getting him anyway, lmao. His hair looks fun, but the cheaper tinsel is always annoying to deal with. I'll probably wash all the glue out and then comb everything forward (ignoring the weird part) and gel it or something. It obscures all of the other details in his outfit. Tying it around his waist might help. River's extra clothes might also spice up his look a bit more. I'm excited for the accessories, but I think it's mainly because I'm so used to shitty modern Barbie laptops that don't have real hinges. The stands I'm over as well. I tried getting River's on and it was so tight it ripped off one of the buttons on his jacket. I glued it back on, but I was like fuck these stands right after that, lmao. Boy dolls are like a cycle. And to extend - I’ve grown to also like Ash Silverstone, who tbh i only bought because he was highly discounted due to major box damage, just so i could have other clothes for Rexx 😅 but after having to like, deep scrub his hair and give him a little trim (the hair lengths were wildly uneven?)… he’s actually cute also and the clothes he came with are pretty fun!

The only one of the A's that I have is Ainsley, and that is because I was able to catch her on a 50% off sale on Amazon just before my birthday, and her clothing pieces are so good for clothing restyles for certain SH/RH dolls (I have used her extra outfit pieces on the Storm Twins, Emi, and Demi for temporary/experimental outfit restyles as well and they look so good on them! Veronica especially looks good in Ainsley's black turtleneck paired with any black or purple themed preppy skirt, and Naomi looks amazing in Ainsley's leather minidress!). As for Aiden though, he looks okay to me, but the hair looks like an absolute nightmare to fix. And compared to the other A's, Ainsley and Avery look much more impressive than Aiden in my opinion. The way MGA handled Aiden's doll makes me wonder how they would handle making an Assistant doll, which I would love to have to display with the Devious Twins.

Comparing him to the other rainbow high boy dolls he feels not as special and boring because the others has things that made them special like river and ash had the second outfits and also ash was in gray scale , finn dint hand a second outfit but he had a surfboard accessory , Rex McQueen also dint have a second outfit but he feels special because he had that puffer coat that was his special piece and his hair also added to that , Aidan could have also been better if they made his jacket like the animated series , they could have used like an iridecent vinyl to make his jacket I feel like that could have made him feel more special , and also his hair is not helping him , there Idea for his hair was okey but its the styling that dint work , I restyled mine I made all the hair go up and loos the back parting and gave him and trim and it looked better.
The only line to make good boy dolls in my opinion was Ever After High, it's just too bad they didn't do many of them. I don't like the Rainbow High boy dolls at all. Rex (I think that's his name) from Shadow High series 2 looks good, but even still I don't want to collect him. Aiden just looks boring as hell. Nothing about him is special, he looks incredibly uninspired. What even is his color supposed to be in the "rainbow"? He just looks a grey mess, and his eyes are giving weird uncanny valley vibes. He's a HARD pass.

You can use floor polish on hand pegs. Or fingernail polish. It thickens them up a bit. Give it a day to dry
