Borealis train's inaugural ride from Winona to La Crosse

Amtrak's Borealis train made its debut Tuesday as it traveled between St. Paul, Minnesota, and Chicago. The state-sponsored rail line includes eight stops in Wisconsin, including Winona, La Crosse and Tomah.
