It's always better to play with exhaust (makes you even more tank during team fights) or execute. What you mean by "what type?"

kaiser is unknown you know how to play you will be the king inthe round , you dont know how to play will become enemy exp and money

kaiser have two mode equitment , one def and atk , for tank better use def bec def can let you get more def and hp but low atk , for atk is better jungle ( def also can ) atk can let you get more more damage ( like one/two chop one hero ) but low hp and def so i will buy some equitment for kaiser such as destiny / pure sky / sage sanctuary / (blood rage give you 40% shield). ( my opinion )

Looking at ur arcana build, remembered Kaizer item build never built any straight damage items

I like the 16% critical rate and the physical pierce. Lvl 4 using ultimate it hit 1k because of this even with no damage itens.
