SABIC - Local Content Unit

In January 2017, SABIC set up Local Content Business Development Unit (LCBDU) as a separate function to :
• Coordinate and act as an interface for all SABIC’s localization and industry stimulation
• Build partnerships and co-ordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, financing agencies, training institutes etc.
• Enable local private sector and SME growth and development in Saudi Arabia
• Identify and enable opportunities in line with KSA local Content and Vision 2030 objectives

سابك وحدة المحتوى المحلي
في يناير 2017م، أنشأت (سابك) وحدة المحتوى المحلي وتطوير الأعمال إدارةً مستقلة لهدف:
التنسيق والعمل منصةً لجميع جهود (سابك) في مجال توطين وتحفيز الصناعة.
بناء المشاركات والتنسيق مع الوكالات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية ووكالات التمويل ومعاهد التدريب وغيرها.
تمكين القطاع الخاص المحلي والمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة من النمو والتطور في المملكة العربية السعودية.
رصد الفرص وتمكينها بما يتماشى مع المحتوى المحلي للمملكة، وأهداف (رؤية 2030م).
