Look at the Iceco fridge. They use the same compressor as the Dometic and ARB but at a much lower cost. The advantage of not dealing with ice (replacing it and diminished storage) is worth it.
The important part of the story isn’t THAT you have recovery boards and a skateboard overhead in your Bronco. The important part of the story is HOW you keep them there. I saw some sorta silver bar. Can you flesh this out a little more? Perhaps we’ll end up on the trail sometime again in the future, and I can check it out then. I was the Cactus Bronco on the Logandale Pre-run. Nice kit. Good overall for fast and light out of the Bronco.
$100 to comfortably s#it in the woods is absolutely worth it! lol I can’t bring myself to spend the $$$ on a fridge either… I got a “scratched” Yeti from work for stupid cheap, and the ice is even cheaper.
@@chrissanderson3648RTT are super convenient. Quick to set up. They get you up and away of critters. And while they are not cheap they are a great option. Look for a light, low profile tent like the one from Inspired Overland to minimize drag and keep the weight lower.

Good to know! I’ll start checking them out more!

Great video, love the tent set up just curious why don't you run a rooftop tent or is that the plan one day.
Rooftop tents are a $$$, slow down your vehicle, eliminate your ability to use your vehicle while camp is setup.
@currentsupply All very good points I just got a gazelle t4 and love it.

Soft top makes it difficult at the moment
@@weekends.waypoints Very true. Although I think someone makes a rack for the soft tops. You do have to figure in the cost of a rack with the tent.
We definitely need those emergency lights 🚨
🎉🎉🎉
How did you do the poles on the roof holding the boards?
Interesting, no issued bags that are "beyond service life"? 😂
Hey! Hey Vegas Friend. Maybe once I get my Bronco we can go trailing together! 😊
Let’s do it!
