The video helped. Thank you. Just in case anyone it trying to open it. You need first to remove the ring that holds the tip. It is hold by two internal grips on each side, you can push one of them and pry it open. Then you need to remove the grey rubber. If you look at it it has a taller side on the back. And it has a grip tab, Put a fine flat screw driver and pry it open. The unit is glued so you need to start gapping it out with a flat screw driver along the side. Once it is fix it doesn’t need to be glued back.
