If we're going by timeline of the events released chronlogically, Marius should really be 23 years old as Enduring Light was held in January of 2023 (in CN) meaning we celebrated both year 1 and 2 of his birthday. They could have made an error or thought it was simpler to age him by 1 year since ToT timeline doesn't have to necessarily follow real life time. 😅 it is a good question!
