Paano mag-update ng Offline Navigation? (Suzuki Map Update - S138 XL7 / Ertiga 2nd Gen)

Offline Map version updated to 2023Q1 (actual 2022Q3). This method is applicable to Suzuki XL7, Suzuki Ertiga 2nd Gen and basically for all other models which also have AVT- S138 model of stock headunits. This is the manual method effective for a successful update.
PS. Never format your Navi card / iNav GPS Card or you might lose its legitimacy. Do take note that each navi card has its own license embedded on the card so be careful not to format. Always backup the original WORKING files before replacing them with new ones.
