@BIGFOOOOOT my first teacher wasn't very good. I had to drive for 1.5 hours to her house then she kept looking at the time when I had lesson. She was Chinese but I quit after 4 lessons. I was lucky enough to find another teacher who is also Chinese. I have been with this teacher for a while. We communicate in mandarin 😊😊😊
My thumb finger is flexible it get bent easily and I also get difficulties playing some instruments so, is it difficult for me to pluck guzheng string or I can't play guzheng

Thx u for the VDO. Just got Gu Zheng last month. Had trouble figuring out how to play this beautiful instrument.

It doesn't matter, you can play by ear, please observe hands position and follow the pattern.

老師你好！因為長居海外，聽人說有半箏比古箏輕便也可以練指法，想問一下您的看法
Eve Andrews 我不知道你说的半筝的尺寸是怎样的，只要手指间距与普通筝一样就行。现在还有一种只有一个八度的练指器，也可以活手～但长远来说还是一把普通筝最为合适，既可练手又可演奏～看个人喜好与需求吧～。祝练琴愉快🌷😊

夏老师好 想请教您一个问题 我在弹顺指和轮指的时候大指总不是以平面接触琴弦 就会有一点指甲立面的声音 不是很好听 请问这是手型不正确吗？有什么改进方法吗？谢谢您！
Jingchen Jiang 一般我们在弹琴时也不是总以平面触弦，指甲与琴弦呈45度角，这样的声音会比较通透。我没有看到及听到你弹琴，所以也不好给出适合你的建议，但你可以试试看大指不同的过弦的速度以及触弦方法，声音也会有很大的不同。
